"On Dec. 9th , I was attempting to get information from State Farm Glass Claims. I was being Accidentally disconnect it, Accidentally , transfer to department that I didn't need. Until I called State Farm and spoke to a Ms. Juliana, and she could here the sadness in my voice from all my Previous attempts. "No one likes to shop anymore if it includes the inconvenience of the phone calls that go round and round with no savings in sight. I would have missed out on my savings with State Farm if it were not for Jacey Back. She called and left messages several times. I ignored them. She then hand wrote an envelope, put the quote inside with her card, and took the time to MAIL me. That’s old school service. Jacey also is very knowledgeable and helpful on the phone. Yep, I called her…. I had to after she mailed me. I’m Glad I did. The savings is one thing, of course the couple dollars in savings help, but the service I received was top notch. Thank you Jacey."
