"If the quote price sounds good just wait a few days until they change their mind and demand more money. I filed a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance after they apparently misquoted me and demand I pay double or be dropped. The Texas Department of Insurance gave them a warning and I switched to Progressive who actually charges less than the original "misquoted" rate I was paying with State Farm. Was it an honest mistake or a bait and switch? I'm not entirely sure, but they weren't going to eat the extra $100 in total for their mistake. So here I am sharing my experience with the Texas Department of Insurance and strangers on Google in hopes that I can make a positive impact and let people know how this insurance agent with State Farm handles their mistakes."

"I needed to get new auto insurance coverage for myself and my daughter. Current insurance coverage was increased by $800. I worked with Jacqueline Jacquez and she was amazing. Jackie worked with me and got me the insurance coverage I needed and for much less than my previous insurance coverage. I was on a time crunch and needed to get new insurance coverage before my old policy expired and she got it done. Thanks"

"I was shopping around and got a call from State Farm. So glad I answered! Jacqueline was very nice and honest. I got my auto and renters policy lowered on my new vehicle (EV.) "I didn’t even wanna give 1star. I was hit by one of their drivers April the 13th. Reached out to them on several occasions. They gonna call me back. I call everyday and nothing. So unprofessional and don’t care! Fort Worth Texas. Their driver was drunk when he hit me. Once they learned my race they really start leaving me on hold. So here I am riding around n a dented up vehicle with no help!"
